Meet Our Health Care Providers 

Craig Endo, M.D. - Dr. Endo is a board certified Family Physician.  He attended medical school at George Washington University and University of Southern California.  He completed his Family Medicine training at the U.C.L.A. - affiliated program at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center.

Tiffany Endo, D.O. - Dr. Endo is a board certified Family Physician.  She attended medical school at Western University of Health Sciences.  She completed her Family Medicine training at the U.C.L.A.-affiliated program at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center.  She has a special interest in Low-risk Obstetrics, and is fluent in Vietnamese.

Jennifer Sun, M.D. , Inc. - Dr. Sun is a board certified Family Physician.  She attended medical school at the University of California, Los Angeles.  She completed her Family Medicine training at the U.C.L.A.-affiliated program at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center.  Her practice affiliated wth Grace Medical Group of the Valley, Inc. as of September 2005.  Her special interests include Women's and Adolescent Health.  She is conversant in Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese.

Cecile Dahlquist, F.N.P. - Cecile is a graduate of the Mt. St. Mary's nursing program.  She is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner, with extensive experience from her years at the Ventura County Medical Center Family Medicine Program, and Loma Linda University Medical Center.  Her special interests include Women's Health and Low-risk Obstetrics.

Meet Our Staff Members

Mina Olivares, M.A. Office Manager - Mina has over 15 years of experience in general internal medicine and family medicine offices.  She serves as our office manager and biller.  She is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Elizabeth Serrano, M.A.

Assistant Office Manager / Authorizations- 

Elizabeth joined us in 2008.  In addition to being our assitant office manager, she serves as our insurance authorizations specialist.  She is conversant in both English and Spanish.

Zonia Hernandez, M.A. - Zonia initially joined us in 2002.  She is the primary assistant to Dr. Jennifer Sun.  She is fluent in Spanish.

Hai Nguyen, M.A. -  Hai joined us in 2009 and assists in both front the front office.  She is fluent in Vietnamese.

Cecilia Roman, M.A. - Cecilia initially joined us in 2003.  She continues to assist us as she pursues her nursing career.  She is fluent in Spanish.

Jessica Tao, Receptionist - Jessica serves as our Friendly Front Desk Coordinator.  She is conversant in Vietnamese.

Abril Tejeda, M.A. - Abril joined our staff in 2009. She is fluent in Spanish.
