H1N1 Vaccine Recommendations

Please do not request an H1N1 vaccine unless you are:

1) A Pregnant Woman

2) A Caregiver of children younger than 6 months of age

3) Direct Health Care Provider

4) A Person Age 6 months to 24 years old

5) Age 25-64 years and have a health condition associated with higher risk of medical complications from influenza
